Dear Valued Clients,

I am reaching out to you with my deepest apologies for my prolonged absence and lack of response to your messages. I understand that this may have caused you concern, inconvenience, and even disappointment. I want to be open with you and share the reasons why I was compelled to suspend my work and communication entirely.

In recent months, my life has been a series of significant challenges. Four years ago, my father tragically died in a car accident. My mother, who is 74 years old, miraculously survived that crash but was severely injured. Since then, her health has deteriorated significantly. She suffers from constant high blood pressure, leg ailments, and varicose veins.

A year ago, she suffered a severe heart attack. I urgently flew to Lithuania to be by her side in the hospital. Seeing my mother in such a vulnerable state was incredibly difficult and emotionally traumatic for me, as I was still coping with the loss of my father. After she was discharged, I stayed with her to help with her recovery and tried to persuade her to move to Ireland with me, but she couldn't bear to leave her home.

Three months later, her condition worsened again. Doctors insisted on urgent heart surgery, warning that the next episode could be fatal. This was a devastating blow for our family. I dropped everything and went to her side once more. The surgery was complex and risky due to her age. Each day of waiting was filled with fear, stress, and sleepless nights.

At the same time, I began experiencing serious health problems myself. Persistent pains in my chest and abdomen wouldn't subside. Medical examinations revealed advanced gallbladder disease with large stones, causing severe inflammation. Doctors recommended immediate surgery, cautioning about potential severe complications if left untreated.

After my mother's successful but exhausting surgery, I needed to return to Ireland for my own treatment. Leaving her was incredibly hard, but I arranged reliable medical care for her during my absence and proceeded with my operation.

My surgery turned out to be more complicated than expected. Complications, including blood clots in my leg, required additional treatment and prolonged rehabilitation. I spent more time in the hospital than initially planned and was physically unable to work or communicate.

Emotionally, I was drained. The stress of worrying about my mother, grieving the loss of my father, my own health issues, and the guilt I felt towards all of you weighed heavily on me. I had to disconnect completely from my phone and computer to focus on recovery and avoid worsening my condition.

I deeply regret that I couldn't inform you earlier and left your messages unanswered. I understand that this may have caused inconvenience and perhaps made you question my commitment to my work. Please believe me when I say that your trust and satisfaction have always been my top priorities.

I am now gradually on the mend. The doctors are giving positive updates, and I hope to return to work in the near future. I realize it will take some time to get back into the full swing of things, but I am committed to doing everything possible to regain your trust and complete the ongoing projects with the high quality you expect.

From the bottom of my heart, I apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding during this challenging time. Your support and compassion will be a tremendous help to me on the road to recovery.

With sincere respect and hope for our continued collaboration.

Kind regards, Oleg.
